What is considered a Group Tour at University of Idaho?
- A special group tour is (10) or more individuals visiting from one school or organization (i.e. a high school, college, or special program)
How to request/ confirm a Group Tour?
- Visit the calendar on this page to browse our available Group Visit Dates! Once you select an available date, please complete the request form and a University of Idaho representative will reach out to you to confirm availability and provide your group with our Group Visit Information & Expectations Contract packet. Once we receive a signed contract from your group, you will be confirmed on our visit calendar!

Things to Remember
- Confirm Your Date!
Once we receive your request, a University of Idaho representative will reach out to you to confirm our availability and provide you with our Group Visit Information and Expectation Contract. Once we receive a signed contract from your group, you will be confirmed on our visit calendar!
- Arrive Early!
Be respectful of other guests. If you are late, your visit could be cut short. If you are going to be late, call 208-885-6163.
- Chaperons are required!
Chaperons are required to be with their group at all times, and should help maintain an attentive, engaging and positive attitude while visiting.
- Rain or Shine!
Group tours continue even when the weather changes.
- Please Note:
Availability for Group Tours during June, July and August are limited due to University of Idaho summer recess.
